Good managers should have an ability of forecasting the future and they should be good leaders, who can take their teams along with them in a cordial and amicable way. Planning is one of the most important qualities that good managers should posses. They are hired to achieve certain goals and to achieve the goals they are supposed to do planning first. They should always act in an encouraging and motivating way, so that their employees get positive vibes from their side.
They must always encourage and motivate their employees to speak, which increases their confidence. Last but fairly not the least, they should have the quality of patience, tolerance and they should be flexible. These qualities will make the managers and their team members comfortable.
