Reserved professionalism together with seeming estrangement from collective in private life leads to that the woman-INTJ finds very few allies in office. Rich imagination INTJ if to leave it without the control, can develop in him qualities so harmful to effective job as suspiciousness and mistrust, and even to call mania of prosecution. In spite of the fact that propensity mentally to study dialogues with other people (who that will tell and that happens then) it is peculiar to everything, and to introverts — in particular INTJ can reach in it extreme measures. When the such happens, INTJ can find out arrogance and own infallibility, to a certain extent refusing to recognise that he is capable to be mistaken or that all event took place only in its imagination. The aspiration to justify, multiplied by self-confidence peculiar to logicians-ratsionalam, can result INTJ in a conclusion that associates are not simply unworthy their trust, but also something against it plan.
That INTJ can appear in a captivity of own illusions, is capable to have on surrounding the extremely negative influence, capable to put an irreparable harm to the personnel or colleagues INTJ. Even itself INTJ can not give itself the report in harm caused to it — he is usually inclined to attribute it to associates. INTJ most likely will argue as follows: «If my advantages has sufficed to rise to such heights, means, it not I, and others misapprehend and estimate a situation».
