This being done, you to check for the function for which the icon is being used, this images has to be altered. You will need to find out the placement of the application in the principle drive or you can see the search tab in the start menu to look for the file and pinpoint its exact placement
After finding the program, right click on it and a menu will be seen, click on the on the option that read "properties"..
Its relatively easy to locate the the tab that reads "change icons", clicking on it will take you to another menu that will have a list of web graphics that can be applied to the selected application. However, often, you may not be able to find the change icon button, in this situation, you will need to create a desktop icon; to do so, click on the cancel button of the properties menu and tap your finger on the right side button of the mouse to go to the the first menu, here you can noticea different menu item that reads "send to desktop" or "create shortcut", use this this option and go back to the initial screen, you will now see the function with the standard Widows icon. Now, you can right click on it and switch the graphic depiction.
If you cannot find the web graphics that you need in the dropdown list, go through the system to look for a preffered web graphics
